Privacy Policy & Data Safety | Real Estate Applications

1 Developer & Platform Identification

This Privacy Policy applies to all regional Real Estate mobile applications developed, maintained, and published under the official Google Play Developer Account name Queen Cleopatra in connection with the platform AllSuoq Real Estate (السوق الشامل للعقارات) (https://allsuoq.com).

Our applications serve as dedicated property marketplaces for users across Arab countries to browse, search, and list apartments, villas, lands, commercial properties, and rentals freely and securely.

2 Covered Real Estate Mobile Applications (18 Apps)

This Privacy Policy explicitly covers and applies to all of the following 18 regional Real Estate Android applications published by Queen Cleopatra on Google Play:

3 Information Collection & Purpose of Processing

We believe in transparent, minimal data collection designed solely to support real estate discovery and listing services:

• Browsing & Search: Users can freely search, filter, and view real estate listings, photos, prices, and city specifications without creating an account.
• Property Listing Submissions (Optional): When property owners, real estate brokers, or landlords publish an advertisement, we store the property details (property type, price, area in sqm, city/neighborhood, description, and contact phone number) to display them publicly to prospective buyers and tenants.
• Photos & Camera Permissions: Used solely when a user takes or uploads property photographs for their listing. The application does not access other private media.
• Approximate Location: Used optionally to filter listings in nearby neighborhoods. We do not track background GPS coordinates.

4 User Rights, Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

In full compliance with Google Play's User Data Policy, all users have the right to delete their accounts, listings, and all associated personal information at any time.

5 Third-Party Services & Ad Networks

Our applications integrate standard, verified third-party SDKs to support operational stability and advertising:

• Google Play Services: Core application security, system compatibility, and updates. Google Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob & AdSense: Contextual advertising to support free property listings. Google Advertising Policies
• Cloudflare: DDoS protection, SSL/TLS encryption, and fast content delivery. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

6 Technical & Log Data

In case of application errors or diagnostic analysis, standard diagnostic telemetry (device model, operating system version, app version code, error timestamp, and anonymized IP) is recorded solely to diagnose crashes and maintain service reliability.

7 Cookies & Local Storage

Our web components and APIs use local device storage and session tokens to remember language preferences, recently viewed properties, and login status. You can clear this data anytime in your device's Application Settings.

8 Data Security Safeguards

We implement industry-standard technical measures, including HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption, secure database authentication, and network firewalls to protect all user data against unauthorized access or alteration.

9 Children's Privacy (Under 13 Protection)

Our real estate services are intended for adult buyers, tenants, sellers, and agents with legal capacity to contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Any such data discovered is promptly deleted.
